Venues & hotels

The week´s hub hotel will be the Hilton Hotel Brussels, where the Executive Committee Meeting, the Annual General Meeting, the Media Forum, the Sourcing Forum, the Insight Forum and the National Associations Council will take place. Please note that there is no more availability at the Hilton Hotel.

Alternatively, you can stay at Hotel Amigo, which will also be the venue for the CMO Forum.

The Policy Forum will take place at the BIP meeting center, Rue royale 2-4, 1000 Brussels.

Venues Accessibility 

Hilton Grand Place

  • An elevator is available for accessing the seminar rooms. Our banquet team will assist guests via staff corridors to reach different rooms.
  • For hotel access, retractable bollards can be lowered to allow direct drop-off at the entrance. Please inform us in advance of arrival times.
  • The hotel offers two adapted rooms for guests with disabilities. Elevators leading to these rooms meet accessibility standards.
  • In the breakfast area, if any guests use wheelchairs, please notify us in advance so we can reserve a table in an easily accessible spot near the buffet.

Hotel Amigo

  • The Ambassador Room is on the ground floor and easily accessible. However, there are a few small stairs. If needed, we can provide a wheelchair ramp.
  • Guests arriving by car can drop off their vehicle at the entrance (valet parking is available) or park in the designated lot, which has a lift leading to the lobby.

BIP Meeting Center

  • The venue is wheelchair accessible. You can view the accessible entrances here.
